The goal is to bring more than half of the country's population at par with the rest and to make them worthy citizens of Pakistan. Our belief is that empowering women will prosper the country. It will be achieved through two segments, namely;
The first component aims to provide the women of Pakistan a culturally appropriate opportunity to develop their skills get them gainful employment and help them income contributors to their families. Master trainers would be trained in the institute and sent to village-town skill/production centers. The second component aims to establish a mechanism that would assist women in marketing their products. The production and marketing strategy of the products would be based on research analyzing market trends and requirements.
