This program has been developed with the objective of providing access to justice to those who do not comprehend the intricacies of justice system and are unable to financially afford the process. It will also be pleading and defending the cause of the People where ever the public interest is compromised. It will be achieved through two components, namely:
he first component aims to make available teams of volunteer lawyers to help ordinary folks in need of justice at District, Provincial and Federal Level. The second component aims to sensitize and educate the masses with regards to their rights under the constitution. It is important to note that, in Pakistan, very few, small scale initiatives are in place working on public interest litigation. It is expected that SBF's interventions in this thematic area will introduce an innovative concept of public interest litigation in the country.
