This program has been developed with the objective to build capacity of the masses to overcome natural disasters and calamities. It will be achieved through three components, namely;
Volunteers will be identified at grass root level that would be trained in the Peoples Disaster Management Institute. A network of volunteers teams would be established under PERC at Provincial and District levels to respond to natural calamities and disasters any where in the country.
